iDocument Keyboard Shortcuts

You can use your keyboard to quickly accomplish many tasks in iDocument. To find the shortcuts for common commands, look in the menus (or see the menu shortcuts below). To do an action, press the keys indicated below.

Import and export

Chang size of photo thumbnails 0, 3, 1 (smallest to largest)

Selection and deselecting

Action Shortcut
Select a single document Click the document
Select all Command-A
Select all documents between the current selection and a nonadjacent document Hold down the Shift key and click the nonadjacent document
Select document that are not adjacent to each other Select the first document, then hold down the Command key and click additional documents
Deselect specific documents in a group of selected documents Hold down the Command key and click the documents you want to deselect
Deselect all Shift-Command-A or click outside a document
