License Problems:

How long does it take to deliver the license?

Every license is sent to the customer immediately after the order has been placed. However, under certain conditions, it is possible that the email containing your license is delivered into your junk or spam folder in your email client. Always carefully examine your spam or junk mailbox. If you still can't find the email containing the license within 24 hours, please contact us directly at support@icyblaze.com

How many times can the single license be used?

The single license is strictly personal and licensed to you. You may not sell or rent out your license. Basically, the license can be used for a maximum of 5 times after which you can contact us to renew the registration information. Your license will be upgraded as time goes by for security issues.

What if the license or download link gets lost?

You can always contact us to retrieve your license and download links. Please fill in your registered email address below to retrieve your license and download links:

The license is not working?

Please make sure you've entered the correct license information in iDocument's registration window. The easiest way is to copy and paste the information directly in the registration window. Always make sure you use the latest version of iDocument. The received license is only compatible with the latest version of iDocument.

How do I know I ordered the product successfully?

All payments go through Swreg, which supports most of the general payments worldwide, like credit card, debit card, solo card etc. As soon as the order is placed you will receive a confirmation email.
